Can anyone please help with an email address for the CEO of Bank of Scotland? I'm sure it's on here somewhere but I need to get it quickly before my OH commits Hara Kiri!:rotfl:

Why not send it direct to their customer relations department. That is all the directors will do.

I'm sure they will but it'll make us feel like we've done all we can if we email him direct.

    Can anyone help?

    Many thanks

It's better to send to senior management. That gets things moving. I've tried it with a few banks and it gets results (or a response at least).

Ok, that's fine. I just gave my experience of what happened with my enquiries.

The OP can write/email the CEO of Lloyds as they're the same banking group as BoS.

And the team that intercepts the email will forward it on to the complaints team and tell you that they have done so.

  • I believe he's off work sick at the moment anyway, so you'd be waiting a while for a reply ;)
