    HMRC is run by public sector civil servants. What does anyone expect? They tend to positively encourage mediocrity amongst their staff.

    Mainly self employed tradesmen who only do private work.

    I asked them how much of their earnings they will be declaring on their next tax return, All of them said they wont be declaring anything at all.
