i don't think you can apply for with out the serial number now, i tried it and it kept on prompting me to input telephone and serail number before proceeding ;(0

If any one has a diabetic monitor that is getting old, if you take it to your chemist they will exchange it for FREE for a brand new one. Boots are really good to exchange them. The monitors are free, the test strips are expensive, but are normally available on prescription. If you want an extra monitor see your diabetic nurse.0
