Are you getting a form to fill in - I could have sworn I got one origianally. I tweeted them, and they have asked what error message I am getting - can't tell them, as no form coming up. So if someone else will tweet them with the url of comp, they will respond -twitter is great for this sort of thing.

twitter telling me it's fixed, but mine still isn't working.
Is the same comp running on their site on FB?

The comp is on fb, but it keeps says not ticked the t&cs Excuse me while I bang my head on a brick wall!!!!!!!!!!!

twitter just sent me the link to the comp, but it's the FB comp no the website one.
they also told me no question, and the link works in safari

I found that the form wouldn't submit If using roboform, when I hand typed everything it worked straight away
