Good evening everyone, unless you live in the west country i doubt that anyone would of heard that 3 menbers of a1 parking have been detained at HMP for a combined period of 10years:D after being found guilty of basically threatening behaviour and intimidation towards the elderly and women with kids at the car parks they patrolled. the release fee for having your car clamped was £500 cash.

So, The BPA is now the British Parking Authority is it?

Bloody sloppy reporting - again. The next thing they'll be describing PPC tickets using the "f" word.

(Ah, "fine" that is, no anything else)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Again the article refers to the BPA like it is some kind of "official body", is someone paying of these local hacks to write this rubbish ?
its the same story every time.
The BPA is to private parking like a sack is to a sack of snakes.

“The defence claim Mr Stallwood parked in a different section of the car park where the firm was able to clamp and when he discovered what had happened he drove to the other part of the car park.”

I know it can be done but rather a poor/unbelievable defence!

Unbelievable - how would he do that with a 'Denver Boot' on the wheel? I hope that gets asked by the prosecution in due course? Also why have a BPA logo on a sign when you are not and never have been members, if not to deliberately deceive?
