Windfall

If your IVA say's you have to then you do as it's a legal contract with the courts.
At the end of the day it's your IVA and if you don't want to declare it then don't.
I don't think they can find out unless you pay it into your bank account.
If they do find out though be prepared to pay the consiquences and your IVA may fail.
How long have you been in your IVA?
How much of a windfall are you talking?
Is it enough to see if you can make a full and final offer?0 -
Is Santander one of your creditors ? In which case they might query with the IP where it's gone ! Read your proposal -- if it's less than £500 you might be allowed to keep it anyway.0
