If spending over £150, you have to change to "Nominated Day Delivery" and then enter "freenday" before placing your order. Also, you can email or ring customer services after you've actually received the items and they should take the delivery charge off for you (again only if you've spent over £150)

Many thanks. Unfortunately it doesnt appear to give me the option for Nominated Day Delivery". I will try again or else leave until tomorrow. I checked and it seems I have to place my order before 7pm to receive Net day Deliver, is that correct?

I've just found these Hello Kitty slippers for £3 and for some reason it lets me have them delivered to store for free to save on postage charge. Usually sale items are for home delivery only but i notice in my basket under the item it says home delivery, store collection too. So if you have some sale items in your basket have a look if the store collection option is there too and let us know! I don't need them but i hope it helps someone else.

I got this reply to my email-
Thanks for your email about your order for clothing sale items. I'm sorry you've been unable to use the FREENDAY code.

Sale orders can't be sent using our Nominated Day delivery option, therefore they all incur a £3.50 standard delivery charge, regardless of the order total.
