Refund sofa - DFS?

This might sound like a silly question but I thought it was worth a try. I'd like to know if I can return a sofa I recieved today from DFS. I've tried to look at it from every angle and see the beauty of it but it just isn't happening... It looks awful in my front room - just way too big. At the shop it seemed to look a lot smaller. (i have a tiny living room) - Anyway I know what sofa would def fit my room after seeing this one.

I'm paying it off in installments which will start next month. Will they allow me to exchange it for another one of their sofas?

Thought it's at least worth a try to ask..

You have no statutory right to exchange/return in this case, since its simply a case of you changing your mind.

However, it is by all means worth contacting them and discussing if there are any options available to you. They will likely be looking to charge for collection & delivery + any difference in price + some kind of admin fee + whatever else they can get. So if they do by some miracle agree then it will likely be quite costly.
