From first letter to payment, how long are claims taking? x I know it will be different for different banks etc. Mine was with Black horse. Any info would be great x

There doesn't seem to be any great consistency, even within one bank.
My personal experience of Black Horse has been slow. I made two complaints in May. I received one cheque at the end of October and I'm still waiting for the second.0
