Some threads are definitely Wishee Washee.

The cocky landlord round my way has definitely got the tenant he deserves.
The tenant has told him he wont be paying any rent increases, and he doesnt want to hear about any rent increases for his other tenants.
The landlord is too scared of this tenant to do anything about it.
