Got mine today as well. I must admit when i saw the Fed Ex van and the box the driver was holding i thought i'd one an iPad or a laptop. :rotfl:Still it's a nice plate just in time for xmas.

After my smashed plate, I just phoned Waitrose.... what a lovely lovely company. They put you through to customer services, they have a list of all winners, and confirm your address, then apologised and said a new one will be sent!!! I wish everyone was as helpful as them!!! If needed thier number is 01344 442680 Merry Christmas! x
