    I wish one would oversee mine. It needs to be a bit wider to get the car in and currently had too many bags in there which I need to take down the dumps. ;)

    There isn't an ombudsman for this.
    Some garages are part of a trade association that you can contact, but I would try your local trading standards office for more advice.

    ok thanks any way already tried trading standards and afraid a waste of time not interested in the consumer in my experiance anyway

    Ombudsmen are generally only in existence for regulated "industries" like financial services, government agencies, utilities etc.

    I agree with you on trading standards. Trade associations are an option. Alternatively depending on the severity of the issue if you have legal expenses cover on your home insurance this may cover it
