What car insurance - newly passed - 31 yr

I recently passed driving test. So far I was driving with an international license and was insured by Norwich Union [past 3 months] but looking for cheaper one after passing UK test.

I'm only looking for comprehensive for a group 5 car.

So far, lowest I got Admiral £624/10 months after adding an older driver in policy [who won't drive anyway]. Confused.com couldn't find anything cheaper.

Since Bell & Elephant are part of Admiral, their quote is same as Admiral's - in fact Admiral gave better facilities. I'll try haggling with Admiral over phone, but in past I've seen that they won't reduce their quote.

Any suggestions?
