so sorry to hear you had bad experience,I asked at my local store for you and they said same things others already said, I wonder if somehow yours might have got opened in store so air got to them? (seen people open body wash to smell it etc then put it back on shelf) or if stuff somehow got stored incorrectly before sale? I bought loads of gifts in Jan sale for this Christmas and for us to use, all are fine,I keep all my stuff in dark understairs cupboard. Hope you get some answers from them.
