hi Catherine i spoke to the sales assistant who explained that the Belfast branch is part of the Irish franchise and the UK deal didn't cover it as they'd not been sent any stock. She suggested i email and complain as the website didn't make this clear... i did and got a response to say that while they didn't have that product in stock they'd send me something by way of an apology (i told them i'm a regular customer). they also said they'd pass details onto the marketing team for any future promotions...0
