They HALVED my offer!
Finally got my recalcs letter in on sat only to be told that they had halved my settlement to £600 due to a successful claim on my PPI.
My Claim wasn't successful... they paid out for a few months then noted the error on THEIR Part and after I complained decided they were NOT going to persue the money they paid on error!
I did expect them to take this money back when I claimed my PPI had been mis-sold, however my offer letter back in october stated that this offer had taken any successful claims into consideration and therefore they were offering me £1100....
I Just feel kinda cheated I suppose although deep down I knew it would happen.
oh and also the tax man took £18 off of £127 interest and I need to declare the £127 interest at tax credit renewal time!

I HATE LLOYDS I HATE LLOYDS
It has been 8 months since i started my claim on my credit card pi, and I have not had a penny, only one letter received in September saying i would receive my cheque for £1,300 shortly. It is christmas in 6 days, if i would of known sooner that i wouldnt be receiving the money before Christmas i would of started saving earlier:mad:0 -

Well done Lloyds. I think you are wrong as you are not worse off and therefore shouldnt feel cheated by not getting more than you are entitled to.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Since any redress is paid by the owners of the Bank = shareholders = taxpayers = ME, I am rather glad I have not been "kinda cheated" into paying redress you are not entitled to.0 -
wow cheers for that guys.
I have said that I am glad they took it now rather than noticing later on down the line and taking the money back then.
I am disappointed because my first offer letter stated that any successful claims etc had been taken into consideration when making this offer, so I thought it had already been taken off the amount... not because I wanted something I wasn't entitled to!0 -
