Bygone uPVC sash cost??

Options
Hi all,
We're looking to have some horrible 20 yr old upvc drafty windows replaced at the front of our Victorian semi in the new year. We had some generic vertical sliders in upvc installed in the back of the house a few months ago and they are ok (but not great) eg stuck on horn etc - they cost us about £1700 for a bay ie 2 windows about 5ft by 2ft and 1 about 5ft by 4ft. We want really nice ones for the front to give our house a bit more "curb appeal" so the only ones I would really consider are from the bygone collection - wood grain upvc as they clearly look much better than what we've got (from the brochure anyway?).

However I am not prepared to pay silly money (hence no real wood) - about double what we paid for the ones at the back would be acceptable. I am unable however to get an idea of how much they are likely to be. I have tried contacting bygone directly as well as their preferred local installer and all I get is "so many different factors....depends on this and that blah blah...we'll have to come and see them etc etc".

All I want is a ball-park? Can someone help!?

Thanks!
Matt
