gas/electric bill calculators

is there an online calculator i can use that will work out my bill for me? The online meter reading is broken as is the phone one so i had to tell someone in person, but she said it might take a week for it too update, well id like to know now as i currently have £300 in credit so id like to know if im due some money or not! And why oh why has it taken edf 3 months to click on to the fact i have 2 meletric meters ..errr no i dont i have one new one, apparently its updating in the system..what from 3 months ago..long old system then. :mad: ..Many thanks xx

    Put your kWH usage and tariff into any comp site and it will do the calculation for you.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    If you are £300 in credit on a DD tariff it is highly unlikely that you will receive a refund at this time of year especially if you have electric heating (assume because of E7 meter) because the winter is only just starting at thats the whole point of DD (build up credit in summer to pay for high use in winter).

    If you have a calculator you can work it out yourself, you just need number of days usage, kw used in those days, tier 1 kw/year, tier 1 and 2 prices.
    For example A=60 days, B=Tier 1 720kw/year allowance, C=Tier 1 Price 0.23993, D=Tier 2 Price 0.10566, E=kilowatts used 1052
