Hi
I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to help me guesstimate how much it would cost to install double glazed windows in a property like this (first and last picture shows the front and back of the property - all the windows).....
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-35402996.html?premiumA=true
We like a similar property (haven't provided a link to the property we like as it doesn't have a picture of the rear of the property) which doesn't have double glazing and to work out how much we think is a reasonable offer we'd like to have a good idea of the cost to install double glazing and we can't exactly get a company out to quote on a property that we don't own
I was thinking maybe £4-5k but I'm not that sure.
Thanks
FA

if you budget for 400 quid per DG unit, you wont be that far out.

10 windows for 4k.Get some gorm.0 -
It depends upon what type of DG you want, sizes and the amount of openings. You could price the windows up on sites to get an idea of prices. You could even fit them yourself if necessary and get the necessary buildings approval for about £75.
Telling us how many windows/doors and how many openings you wanted would of helped us make a guess.
Here is a site which can give you an idea of window prices which could allow you to work out the costs.0
