selling on facebook?

Does anyone know what the rules are about selling on facebook is it allowed at all?
There seem to be a couple of people in my area who have profiles dedicated to selling fake handbags and fake barbour jackets/uggs etc.
I have a passionate hate of fake designer stuff, not to mention the fact the are on the dole and wont be declaring a penny of their earnings, i have reported the pages a couple of times, 1 got shut down but he has since started another the other hasn't been affected, does anyone know how facebook works with these things do so many people have to report them before they get looked in to?

Facebook doesn't allow selling on their site but I think they receive so many reports not all get looked at. I know a few people had their selling pages shut down but there are hundreds including groups on there now.

You can still sell items whilst being on the dole if theyre your property or unwanted gifts, you just cant buy to sell on at a profit.

I suggest if you don't like fake just don't buy fake and leave them be.
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

There are various shop add ons for Facebook. I'm not sure that they want to be bothered by dodgy sellers, unlike Ebay they aren't that kind of site, each Facebook page is a person's own so the best place to report anyone selling fake items would be Trading Standards.
