Good evening
tomorrow will be have been 14 days since i issued a claim on MCOL and the bank havent anknowledged the fact of the claim.
What is the next process.

Is it 14 days since the Bank have been served with the claim or since you filed? If it's the latter there's nothing you can do until the 14 days have lapsed since the bank was served. You should have received a letter from the courts telling you when it was served, they have 14 days from then."Think for yourselves and allow others the privilege to do so too." Voltaire.0

BANK OF SCOTLAND had until yesterday to acknowledge with MCOL and they havent so what happens now? what do i have to do?
Capital Bank Plc ( HBOS group ) Got my statement thru weeks after the 40day deadline but thats another matter i will address with them. I had a car loan with them which was paid off early and it doesnt show on the statements what the early termination fee was. now what process would i do through to claim this?
Royal Bank of Scotland Got a letter today dated the 7/01/2007 with a partial offer of what am claiming. there already in court and acknowledged the claim with MCOL. What do i do about there letter of offer?
Also am in need to remove a default on 2 claims that are already in court with MCOL is there any way i can amend the cliam at all?0
