Well I admit I am far from perfect, but I would claim to be quite stable. Believe me it would be hard to handle a class of over 120 students if I was unstable. I admit they test my patience, but at the end of the day they seem to respect me, despite the ocassional fall out.

You know it's really hard work trying to get through to you! I've already admitted I'm far from perfect and have made mistakes in the past, but I give up, I guess we aren't going to have an intelligent conversion about this.

geneer has a point about my past arguments with him, but the point is also that all of it was just futile nothingness (for him too).

I'll readily admit that I've wasted many an hour or so here engaging in nothingness. But no more, it doesn't mean I'm leaving it just means I've reached a point of realisation and won't continue as I was.

    I agree fully.

No doubt that get's notched up as a win.

    But then, who really cares?

I'm surprised that it's still going on considering that Geneer apparently DOESN'T CARE and absolutely isn't spending all of his free time frothing away in petty internet arguments.

I suppose my idea of winning is different to his. For me winning is becoming financially stronger, running or cycling a personal best, improving my chess rating or winning a bowls competition.

Probably because your hobbies are running, cycling, chess and bowls.

If your hobby was internet forums then you'd be the same.

I received some interesting (for me anyway) info this morning in an email from Zoopla on sold prices, two flats in 2 different blocks where I also own flats sold for quite a bit more than I would have anticipated that they could achieve:

2 bed flat sold for 330k, as there are only 4 flats in this block I did consider putting an offer in of around 295k. They were asking 335k I didn't think they would get anything near that.

3 bed flat sold for 315k, I have an identical one (in layout) and I thought it was only worth about 290k. On reflection I was being quite bearish on this one though. I also have two 2 bed flats in this block.
