I think the answer is actually 858

If you look at the trays on each layer there are two rows of trays placed one way, each with 5 trays in a row, i.e. 10 trays of 6, but the 3rd row the trays are placed end on and you can only fit 3 trays that way. That makes 13 trays on each layer with 6 in each (78) and 11 layers, making 858 (78x11)

I then went looking for some info to confirm and found the pallet loads on this site

Search for marmite and look at the 600G X 6 Tub product. It says there are 143 cases per pallet x 6 in each case also gives 858.
