Bad experience with Sharps Bedrooms :-(

I had a very poor experience with Sharps Bedrooms, that I would like to share with everyone.
1. Lack of transparency in Pricing - There is no transparency in pricing. The sales person did extended some discounts on a price which made no sense.
2. Unhelpful team - The sales person refused to take any calls after completing the sale. The team in the call centre were abusive at times and harassed my wife, to the extent that she was scared to take calls from them. They even threatened to charge my credit card, even without the furniture set completed.
3. Poor design and workmanship - The sales person designed a furniture set that did not meet any of our requirements. They took over four months to complete it and I had to give an ok, more out of frustration than anything else.
4. Poor planning - Two days of my time were wasted because the fitter turned up without proper equipment.
In all, my experience with Sharps was very bad. I would not recommend Sharps to anyone.
