Scared and excited and then scared again once it was accepted - dreading the time until exchange. Then relief! CRAZY NUTTER CLUB OFFICIAL MEMBER:beer:

The offer was nothing .. try signing the bit that says " Your home may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments "
But yeah the offer is the start of the roller coaster, you start off excited then scared they wont accept then find they dont accept, put in another offer get it accepted suddenly realise how much money that really is ...
But all in all its worth it.If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

visit the street/house at 5-6 different times of the day/night to see what its like at weekends, night time, pub shut time, school times etc etc - this will give you a better idea about the neighbours0

You'll certainly be scared when interest rates hit 7% and the house prices plumet!
Good luck all the same.0
