  • I was in there yesterday (before final clearance) to buy a toweling robe and got a lovely long white one for £12.99 also bought white 300 thread cotton bed set for £29.99. Even without the clearance their stuff is so cheap and good quality but you do have to rummage.
  • I need to get some good quality warm winter children's clothes as gifts for my Mum's poor relatives in India, so the cheaper the better as we'll be able to send more that way. Doubt will get any decent items for less than a pound or two, but will go have a look tomorrow anyway. Thanks OP. :)

Usually on for a few weeks or till everythings gone.

Will it finish next week or week after? How can we find out?
  • There were a few good bargains in my store though I was lucky to be in there just as the sales assistants were marking things down. I got 3 sets of perfume at really good prices, a handbag and few other bits. Had to stop myself buying more! The clothes rails hadn't been done so tried not to look at those :-)
  • I'll be there in the morning.....cheers OP
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

Sale tends to be for a week.

They start on the Sunday and reduce items each day, so worth checking each day if you have the time! By the end of the week items are 30p but tend to be broken bits and pieces.

Buy what you see, they probably wont be there the next day, unless they have masses of one stock in ie lots of scrapmaking kits in our store £5 down to £3, but so many i"ll wait a couple of days!

    Good Luck
    How much ?????????!!!

Hi, Thank you for your reply. How do you know that the sale only lasts for a week? Did you ask them? I called my local tk maxx and they didn't tell me. The nearest one to me is 11 miles each way.

I've been going for the last 5 years and the clearance sale has lasted a week, but anything good tends to go within the first 3/4 days and the broken/xmas things tend to be left. Got lots of xmas gifts for 30p last yr ;)

What can be the best day to go there? Thirsday or Friday this week? I've got some time but not really want to waste the petrol by driving there every day.
