I've been having a bit of an argument with an insurance total loss claim and to get an accurate used car valuation and help look for a new used car I've bought a 5 day pass for unlimited valuations.
So if anyone is in the same position or just curious of their cars value then let me know and I'll check it out for you.

5 day pass for who though? Some huge price discrepencies between various price guides.
If you get a company flogging its company cars through the one auction it could devalue them quite a lot as the buyers
will have plenty of choice. Any with minor defects or slightly higher mileage may go for much less.

Its a Parkers price guide pass. There are 3 main valuers the insurance use - Glass, Parkers and another I forget the name of.
I've checked them all for an insurance claim, I'm going through, and you need to pay for an accurate valuation adjusted for mileage and condition, both of which can have a huge impact on the price. Parkers gave the mid range valuation so I've bought a 5 day pass for unlimited valuations while I look for a new car (which I bought yesterday)
The only reason I started a thread is to offer help to others who may need the same service and save them the cost of a valuation, since this site thrives on people helping out each other. From reading the many posts on total loss insurance claims/write offs, the first step is to get an accurate price for your vehicle from the same place the insurance gets their price so you know what your negoiating towards.
I was only trying to offer help as always, and maybe pay back what others have given me over the years.
