Have you asked the open university for financial help? I got my fees paid when i did my degree and i got a small grant each year. It would be worth seeing if you qualify.

Why do you have Pet Plan and Pet Care. Surely the insurance is to cover the costs and you just pay the excess?

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT The first thing you need to do is cancel the GP DMP and go with a free service.

Your first monthly payment is an initial fee for setting up our Payment Programme and is not paid to your creditors. This will place your accounts into arrears or further into arrears. There’s a monthly fee of 15% included as part of your affordable monthly payment (subject to a minimum of £29.50 and a maximum of £90.00)." Gregory Pennington.

So you are paying at least £29.50 each month (& maybe more) to GP? You should look at one of the free debt managment plans.

    Hi
I've made some comments above in your soa where you could make some cutbacks. You need to edit your soa and change the car tax amount to read montly; then your soa should look better. You also need to enter the water rates.
You currently pay a huge amount for broadband; why do you have 3 broadband when you have broadband with BT also. Are you in contract with BT? If not you may be able to get it all cheaper with Sky basic package and broadband

    Hi
I've made some comments above where you could make some cutbacks. You seem to be spending a huge amount on broadband and pet plans. If you reduced these and your food bill things should look a lot better. You are also spending a lot on insurances which you could slash.
