Do you know the model of my boiler???

photostreamWe are applying for the boiler scrappage scheme and I need to know the make and model of my boiler. It is a Baxi but I dont have a manual and it doesn't say on it, does anyone know what it is or know where I can get the model from?

    It must have a model number and Gas Council registration number on it, probably wherever you open to light the pilot etc.
    A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
