Beauty base (perfume) returns

I bought some perfume today from the above store at Westfield Stratford city. I have found out it's the wrong one. I have tried looking on there website but it's not loading. The receipt doesn't say about returns. I have not open the packet and still have the receipt. Does anybody know what there returns policy is.

it looks like their nameservers (DNS) have failed, but if you look at http://whois.domaintools.com/beautybase.com and click whois record you will find their details including a phone number 020896359400

As well as the number above, you can also find the phone number of their Shepherds Bush Westfield store on the Westfield London website.
No phone number on the Westfield Stratford City site for some reason.
I imagine their return policies might be the same though.0
