Can anyone suggest where best to try for Landlord Insurance for a 3 bed village property in Scotland? It's been a long time since I've rented so completely out of the loop insurance wise, I've had a couple of quotes via my FA and they are high.
Personally, I get reasonable premiums from alan boswell insurance. I hauve also had the need to claim, and found there service excellent - to the extent that I now use them exclusivly for btl insurance.
CIA insurance are another who usually give sensible quotes, and claim to never be beaten on price.
