    My 18 yr old ds has just started doing Journalism at University. He tried to find some work with the local papers during the summer holidays but there was nothing going. He writes for a couple of gaming websites and has done a few pieces for Uni but this is all done voluntary but its good experience for him and he enjoys doing it.

    Re Blog is there a particular field of Journalism you are interested in? If so would do blog related to that field.

    I do like blogging but, being a stereotypical girl lol, I would love to write about fashion and beauty. I have started doing a blog about that but has come to a stop as I have ran out of things to write about! Lol

    Why not pick a celeb's outfit/look once a week critique it and show ways of getting similiar look from the high street?

    Why not see whether your college has a student newspaper and if not, start one.

    That's a good point! Thank you... I know being a journalist, I should be more creative, I am but I am new to the 'blogging scene' so i'm not really clued up! Lol Thank you and any more advice would be helpful.

    My only advice would be to stop putting "Lol" at the end of every sentence.

    Sorry Obviously I wouldn't do this when writing an article I just like to put lol or haha just to make friendly conversation because some people can mis-understand things on here.

    And Lincoln really? Never looked there, maybe I should look into it.
