new central heating

Forgive me if this has already been covered in another post...I am currently in the process of getting quotes for a new central heating install and a bathroom refit here in Bristol. I need 6 radiators, there is no old system to remove( i have storage heaters) and i am planning on supplying the new units myself (bath, sink, shower enclosure etc). I have been quoted £ £3500 for the central heating and £3000 for the bathroom (this includes moving the toilet and fitting a seperate shower, tiling the floor and walls). Was just curious to find out if this is the going rate for this kind of work and whether anybody could recommend tradesmen to carry out the two jobs?
