Its not SURPRISING they run out so quickly - Its the power of Martins money saving e-mails which go out to MILLIONS of people whereas if it is limited to the freebies board its more like thousands who know about the offer so shops are less 'flooded' staff less stressed and my goodness the drama it caused with the Origins freebie , one of the staff members was so upset after being shouted at all day long because they had run out because of the mass flood of 'customers' she ended up CRYING in the store

I can imagine maybe the smaller more remote stores would not be as engulfed with vouchers as the larger city ones and I can also imagine by day 3 or 4 of LOADS of people coming in all day long for their freebies alongside the regular customers or a 'normal' day they MUST get stressed by the end of a week of it ....

No excuse for rudeness , but wouldn't want to be a staff member explaining for the UMPTEENTH TIME to the UPMTEENTH person with yep yet another voucher that they are in fact OOS plus then put up with their reaction afterwards! lol

No retailer offering freebies is prepared for Martins mass flooding of the stores by his millions of followers! LOL

Hello, I got the body lotion from the Bristol store today - lovely, lovely assistants.

went in to a L'Occitane but they had run out of the samples BUT they gave me a small hand cream instead (10ml) and signed me up to receive promotional coupons / offers etc!!!

I also managed to get the body lotion at the Bristol store yesterday and because I had a lovely assistant and adored the smell of the body lotion (orange blossom) - I was tempted and I went back later and purchased the hand cream to match ... the lovely assistant was soooo lovely that she threw in a few more samples in a lovely bag and sprayed the tissue inside with perfume ... a fab experience!

I tried to get them from 2 Debenhams and they were not aware of the promotion so did not give me the sample. I think it's only their boutiques.
