charges for changing direct debit date?!?!!
hi
i have just called to change my direct debit date for my car insurance to be told that they are charging me £26 for the change to the policy!
does anyone know if this is correct as ive never had this before. it seems like they've added lots more to the policy that ive never been previously aware of.
im currently with esure and i have to say i am unhappy with the service i am getting.
thanks

I'd suggest you vote with your feet come renewal if you are not happy. But check the small print of any other company carefully before you jump ship!"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
