address bar and back button gone

The address bar and back button have disappeared from my computer screen...I now have a firefox drop down button in it's place that wasn't there before, at the top left hand side...can anyone please shed some light on this

view > toolbars > navigation toolbar0

You may need to press alt before you do the above :-)
Alteratively right click on an emty part of the toolbar and you can enable/disable toolbar elements from there.0 -

and you were right I had to press alt first0 -
if you had to press alt... do alt > view > toolbars > menu bar and it'll keep your menu options there too.0
