I had no problems with my Samsung cash back on a monitor, in fact I got paid twice. I sent the first claim via the post and when I hadn't heard anything after 30 days, I decided to re submit on line. They then paid me twice, one by cheque and the other straight into my bank.0

You may want to contact them about that mistake as they may have up to 6 years to notice it and chase you for repayment.
Or you may not want to contact them. Suppose it depends on your morals/whether you like a bit of "uncertainty" in your life. :rotfl:You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

OR, when they do notice their mistake and they contact you, you may want to inform them that their claim is being investigated via a third party "XYZ" and ask them to send evidence of the mistaken payment, which of course you can then say 6 weeks later when they chase you again that you have not received their evidence..............and so forth. Give them the run around :-)"I think I spent 72.75% of my life last year in the office. I need a new job!!"0
