Yodel driver signed my name!!! But didn't deliver

I just can believe it.
I ordered my tassimo discs from tassimo on Sunday and was told Wednesday that it would be delivered.
So called tassimo and they said it won't be today (Wednesday) but Thursday, Thursday come around and nothing so I call tassimo who said yodel Hdnl were delivering it wasn't till I got on their website that my heart sank, I had problems with hdnl before.
Anyway I call yodel since I can't track my package online to be told it was delivered on Wednesday at 4.33, I said no it wasn't I was home all day and no one buzzed the buzzer ( I live in flats).
She said it was we have a signature here signed for by and she spelt out my 1st name and surname but got the last name of my surname wrong.. I was shocked I said that's me buti didn't sign anything why would I call you today if I did, after all there were only coffee and tea discs...
So the stated an "investigation" they hadn't even informed tassimo they had delivered because on there system they were showing out for delivery.
Anyway I got mad and called tassimo and told them ow mad I was and they said they will resend...
Anyway today I rang Yodel today to see the out come of the investigation and was told the driver left it was the concierge.... The concierge that has never existed the whole 4 years I've live here..
A blatant lie... I told her it was fraud he committed and I may call the police...
How can they do do that?
Anyway tassimo sent out to discs and guess with who, apparently I have no choice but to use them we'll see what happens this time around.

Strictly, your contract is with Tassimo. While incompetent or lying drivers may wind you up, in the end it's Tassimo or the courier company who will lose out, not you.
Just relax and be glad they've sent out the replacement so quickly.0 -
Maybe politely ask the driver what happened with the previous parcel..0

My Boots parcel was left outside the back door ( back door is main entrance) fortunately it's a quiet private road, when I checked on line it said "parcel left in prearranged safe place" ??? The box was open but I think it had never been secured by the parcel tape and nothing was missing.0

Maybe someone offered to take the item, signed in your name and the driver assumed it was the concierge.0

I've just had an email to say Yodal are delivering something that i've sent for.

To be fair they only screwed one delivery out of maybe 6 recently, different drivers have different standards of what constitutes doing a good job.0

Oh I'm over my annoyance now, what really got to me was I told then on Thursday and today that if the driver still had the package on his van to deliver them that if he ran out of time yesterday and lied, then to at least deliver what he was suppose to.
But just the fact that his lied in the way he has, was what annoyed me if he had just admitted it I wouldn't have been so angry were all human after all.
It's a bunch of coffee discs I'm not going to go all legal over that but if it was more expensive like a tv or something I would
At the end o the day if the new ones don't arrive at the new address I gave them I'll sell my machine and be done with it, because tassimo is the only place that competitive to buy at the moment.
I know my neiboughers didn't take it in,most of them are out at that time plus there not the kind to take in packages for people they dont kow and only way to get access in would be to buzz and they didn't.
Anyway I just had to vent my frustration because so far everytme I've used hdnl/yodel they've been utter rubbish
