was in a hurry, only had to get a bga of frozen veg and the queue for the ten items or les was worse than the other queues.
So two staff were at the cigarrette counter, basically chatting, no queue. took my item over only to be told that they were not allowed to serve. Grrrrr.
whats that about.
staff were very nice, but cant see why they cant scan items?
anyway rant over

ive had the same problem, you can only pay for products that are buy the cigarette kisok like papers, confectionary and fags, i find it annoying as in tesco and sainsburys you can pay for 1 item say a bottle of wine at the kiosk/customer service desk, the till isnt programmed to scan certain productsNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -
Supermarket near us used to allow any non-weighed produce at the kiosk but now they've gone the same way. Went there yesterday and the checkout girls spent the whole time serving me having a conversation with someone else AND her supervisor. Now THAT annoys the !!!! out of me.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

This may not be the case in all Morrisons stores but where I work because the kiosk is close to the exit there would be no way of stopping people walking out without paying for their things. Sorry if that means you have to queue but that will be the reason why.0

No problem in our local Tescos paying at the ciggie counter0
