Dual Fuel Question -My Obligation?

Can anyone tell me what I am liable for?
Have advised my supplier of my bank details, direct debit amount, meter readings and address over a year ago and still not been given a bill!
The supplier have messed me about big time in the past too.
I have been told I am liable for last quarter amount only. Is this true?
Many thanks in advance, for your comments.

last 12 months is what you will be liable for
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Well perhaps. The "12 month backbilling rule" is predicated on qualification in accordance with the Billing Code.

That's easy to "prove" when there has been numerous contacts, but a trap set "over a year ago" with no follow-up is vulnerable to a denial by the supplier. Not only that, a supplier with "history" according to the OP.

Original Post or Original Poster (depending on context). In this case you, Marvellous72.

Regarding your original question read up here...http://www.energy-retail.org.uk/industrycodes/code-of-practice-for-accurate-bills/

From what you have said I would say that *probably* you have fulfilled your obligations but note my caution about "proof".
