We ordered Laufen basin, toilet seat, toilet pan and cistern from JA Bathrooms from Westcliff-on-Sea.
The proprietor of the company Joe Garnham took the order on Saturday 15th October 2011 but was reluctant to give a delivery date. After 15 emails and several phone calls (most were just messages left on the answering machine) 8 weeks later we have finally received the goods.
Order bathroom stuff at your peril from this company and have good nerves. If you do order it may cost you less then if bought locally but do not get your plumber in until your goods are actually with you.
We got an email telling us that the delivery will be on 23rd November. Nothing arrived until Friday 9th December, but it was not complete. Last item came on 12th December 2011. Our plumber got fed up with us constantly telling him we have not got it so he will now come in the next year. What you save in money will spend on problems.
