Feel really let down by this company

I ordered a dressing table for my daughter for her birthday begining of Nov for her birthday, ordered in plenty off time and delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days. Item did not arrive in time for her birthday to which i phoned and complained. It eventually arrived and opened it eagerly to find it was damaged. Phoned the company and arranged for a relacement which again took ages to come. By this time had missed her birthday so decided she would get it for xmas. 2nd table arrived and guess what it was damged. Also ordered a stool to go with it which has also arrived damaged. So phoned again and was told to keep hold off everything and they would send replacemnets which i was told would defernatly be here before xmas. Phoned them today to be told there is a 3 week delay so wont be here for Xmas. I am furious if i hadbt phoned i would still be waiting for her xmas present so a week before xmas they have seriously let me down. They didnt even bother to let me know off the delays. Going to right a very strong letter but cant believe a company can muck people around so much and be so blazza about it. What are my rights and advice on how to deal with companies like this..

Reject the goods under Sales of Goods Act and claim a full refund. Ask them to have the damaged ones collected and money refunded within 30 days.
