last couple of times I've bought things from them using the £5 off and X% codes , they've held the order back and a few days later I received letters asking me to ring them regarding " where I found the codes " , so have laid off using codes there for a while. :eek:

Don't expect to receive them this side of valentines day, never had a prob with codes but delivery is so painfully slow I don't bother with them.

h&m are terrible! i waited 5 months once for an order!!

MMM... used H&M codes a couple of times before with no problem but cant seem to get these ones to work. Anyone else had a problem or is it just me.

May have to have a look. I have always received my order within 10 days of ordering. Most is always instock though and the one thing that wasn't I got when they said I would.
