Impossible to contact Viners

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Viners, regarding an order that has been paid for but not delivered. They will not reply to e mails and telephone calls get put through to an answerphone.

The order was placed on 25th November and was for a christmas present, I have given up all hope now of ever receiving it.

Has anyone else, not received goods they have ordered recently from Viners?
