If the taxi driver is happy to do a cash settlement .go for it
But get I will not claim personal injury ever in writing and independently witnessed
I did this a few weeks ago when daughter had a mishap !! her fault
More damage to daughters car than the one that bumped into her
i sorted the other car out myself and the owner was chuffed to bits with the result , their car was polished, scratches removed from front bumper etc.
Why tell rip off insurance company when it can be sorted out easily sometimes ???
Cost to repair daughters car paid for by me £290 and I can't complain about work done it is superb work
quote from insurance approved type of garage £1950
