Hello
I purchased a Spa which was delivered last saturday, one of those blow up jobs. Unfortunatly it leaked, I got in touch with the company and asked them to collect the item and I wanted a full refund. I am still waiting for the refund, but the spa was only collected on Tuesday so I may be being a little premature but I would like to know what my rights are. I purchased it off the internet.
I'm sure I am entitled to a full but would like to know which consumer act I need to quote if I get in an arguement with them.
Thanks for responses

Hello, they have up to 30 days to refund your money.0

Should it be necessary, you need to mention the Distance Selling Regulations.
This OFT guide may help.
But as mentioned above, page 25 of that OFT Guide says...When do I have to refund a consumer’s money if they cancel an order?
3.46 As soon as possible after the consumer cancels, and in any case within 30 days at the latest. You must refund the consumer’s money even if you have not yet collected the goods or had them returned to you by the consumer.0 -

Isn't this a return under the Sale of Goods Act, not the DSRs?0 -
But it's still 30 days anyway, yes?0

You aren't the only one...
...I've been searching google for the last 30 mins trying to find where they got it fromIf it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
