Healthyliving not delivering

As anybody eles had a problem with Healthy living company, order 2 items weeks ago they took the money striaght away but still not received them, emails not answered phone calls just put on hold at 10p minute,just warning everybody be very careful if using this company seems like i lost my money and my mum one of her christmas present
