need to have a property surveyed for purchase. min is mortgage valuation but would like the homebuyers survey.
want to minimise my risk of losing out on the purchase so need just a valuation to start but then dont want to have to send someone out again to do the whole lot if i then get the property and have to get homebuyers survey.
