Praise for Asda

Credit where credit's due. I queued up with 5 bottle of half price champange for chrismas pressies and realised I had miscalculated and needed a 6th. Poor stressed looking shop assistant goes to get another (i did offer). Waited a bit, I was in no rush, she came back, said she couldn't find one, I indicated where it was. I paid for 6 and waited patiently for the 6th to come, she came back with 2 to say sorry for the inconvenience, so I got an extra one free:j. thanked her prefusely, especially as it was my fault. What a nice thing to do, she really wasn't a long time.

I'd really like to praise Asda and their staff this Christmas. My local store has really got it's s**t together. Plenty of stock out including special offers, plenty of tills open, happy and helpful staff and - no matter how hard I try - they are cheaper than everywhere else.

Well done Asda! Merry Christmas.
