Kurt Geiger sale starts midnight - Elle gift card?

Not sure if you have already, but you register at this address http://www.kurtgeiger.com/elle. Then when you put something in your basket, when you put in the number, it comes up with the balance. Failing that, give them a ring, but I found them very very unhelpful when I lost the balance of my cards due to a cancelled order.

You have to register the gift cards to activate them. The instructions should be in the magazine. I can't quite remember how I did it but I think it's https://www.kurtgeiger/elle. As for using the welcome code more than once - I've used it three times now but if in doubt use your other half's name and a new email address. Also I check out as a guest so that might work.

has anyone had any problems with the £20 off code??, this is like the 2nd or 3rd time iv used it now and i placed my order on friday, it sent me an email confirming but no dispatch email and when i go to my acount there is no order history (altough a message is there stating they updated there servers so order history could be missing)
im worried they have canceled the order without telling me, im tempeted to order again with a different email address

The £20 off code is for new users, and is one use only, so if you are having them all delivered to the same address/using the same payment method/anything else in common, they could well be stopping your order.

This is my fifth order from the in about two months. I;ve used the code every time and hd no issues. Same name, same address, same payment method, though I checkout as a guest and don't register.

i didnt use any codes for mine. I paid for next day delivery expecting them to arrive yesterday. I didnt get a dispatch email, i eventually got through to them on the phone and they said that my order was in process, but it was all a bit slower due to seasonal demand. I got my dispatch email this morning.

I got my delivery charge refunded though :-)

It might depend on who looks at your order then...

I didn't buy the magazine, so didn't use the offer, but told a few KG friends about the offers on this site.

3 have been contacted about using the welcome code twice, and 2 had orders cancelled. The other 1 still got hers, although she was quite shaken! 2 others have got their orders fine and continue to use the code.

I'm not sure if registering would have anything to do with it, but on the phone they said they were 'monitoring' for orders with the same address/payment details.

Of course they could have just been scaremongering...it worked :rotfl:

New email address and different method of payment as well as Mr shoe's name ought to do it. I never register - I think that does matter. I've found what I wanted and can't fine my Elle card. Not happy.

Some have been able to while others have had their orders cancelled. If you order is cancelled you will lose your elle gift card balance.

The voucher doesn’t show up on my confirmation email. Why?

I can confirm that the Elle voucher codes don't show up on the confirmation email as they count as real money. I ordered a ring using the welcome code and the Elle voucher and was expecting to pay £14 and emailed CS when my confirmation and dispatch emails said my order was £34. Emily Baxter, the CS rep, confirmed that I would only be charged £14. Quote from Jinxii post.

I think sometimes KG stuff comes from their stores if the warehouse doesn't have it, so that will cause a delay too!
